Verajin is a transfer-admission English study program run one-on-one by Vera. Most of the content here is written in Korean for Korean transfer-admission (편입) candidates, but this short overview explains the approach in English.
Five subjects, built in order
Transfer-admission English comes down to one skill: reading sentences accurately and judging quickly. Verajin breaks the work into five subjects that build on each other:
- Vocabulary (어휘) — the fuel for everything else.
- Grammar (문법) — the rules of how sentences are assembled.
- Syntax reading (구문독해) — chunking long sentences and reading structure precisely.
- Reading (독해) — following the flow and main idea of a whole passage.
- Logic (논리) — question types that test the logical structure of a text.
Each later subject uses the earlier ones as material, so the foundation subjects get weight first.
Five levels
Study is organized by level — Basic / Bridge / Intermediate / Advanced / Master — so the focus shifts with where you are: vocabulary and grammar early, syntax in the middle, reading and logic later.
Daily check-ins with personal feedback
